Drew Davis, a technology executive since 1979, has been a Senior Executive Consultant with The Kellogg Organization since 1989. His career includes serving in sales, management and executive capacities with Tektronix, IBM, and InFocus, among others. He is currently Regional Sales Manager for Tripwire, the leading software supplier in the compliance/security market.

Johanna Kelly began her career in development with The Kellogg Organization, Inc. in 1981 and since that time has become a one of the nation's most respected development professionals, in addition to serving as a Senior Executive Consultant on a number of Kellogg Organization projects. Her experience includes annual and capital campaigns for higher education and private independent schools, including all aspects of major and principal giving, planned giving, annual funds, corporate and foundation relations, feasibility studies, strategic planning and campaign operations. She has raised numerous transformational gifts and specializes in major and principal giving and strategic and campaign planning.
At the University of Denver, she served in several capacities including Assistant Dean for Development for the College of Law, Associate Vice Chancellor of University Advancement and Interim Vice Chancellor of University Advancement, spearheading campaigns for the College of Law ($12mm), and special projects including the campaign for the Merle Catherine Chambers Center for the Advancement of Women ($9.5mm). Johanna was also a member of the advancement team on the University's comprehensive campaign which culminated in 2000 with over $300mm in gifts, and served on a $1.5 billion campaign for Yale University. She received her AB from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
Johanna is Assistant Dean of Advancement at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and remains a special resource for The Kellogg Organization.
Senior Executive Consultant
Mr. McDermott joined The Kellogg Organization as a Senior Executive Consultant after 20 years of experience in advancement work and extensive capital campaign management. Most recently, he served as Vice President for College Advancement at Virginia Wesleyan College.
Mr. McDermott has broad experience in all areas of advancement including campaign implementation and executive management, solicitation, and volunteer involvement. He earned his B.A. from Virginia Tech and his Master of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

After 20 years of executive leadership and fund-raising counsel in community non-profit arts, education, and health-care organizations, Mary Schaefer joined The Kellogg Organization in 1998 and provides vision, direction, and organizational and management development expertise to TKO clients, specializing in administration, community partnership development, volunteer management and major gift development.
